In this research article, a novel approach is proposed by considering modified equilibrium optimization (MEO) algorithm based “interval type-2 fuzzy proportional integral derivative (IT2FPID) controller” for the load frequency control of multi-area hybrid power system. The performance tested comparing it with standard EO various benchmark test functions. Further, efficacy MEO tried planning an IT2FPID controller regulation said supremacy MEO-based introduced its outcomes T1FPID structure, conventional PID and EO-based techniques. It observed that more effective compared to others.
